Insider Club Subscription Policy

1. What the Insider Club is

The Insider Club is a paid monthly membership that gives members access to [LIST YOUR ACTUAL BENEFITS — e.g. exclusive product discounts, early access to new launches, free shipping on every order, members-only sales, birthday gift, etc.]. Membership is offered as a 30-day free trial bundled with the purchase of select products on myneloria.com.

2. How enrollment works

When you select the "Eye cream + free 30-day Insider Club trial" option on a qualifying product page and complete checkout, you are:

  • Purchasing the eye cream at the discounted bundle price of $19.99 (a one-time charge).
  • Enrolling in a recurring Insider Club membership that begins immediately. The first 30 days are free.
  • Authorizing Neloria (and our subscription processor, Seal Subscriptions / Shopify) to charge the payment method you provided at checkout for the recurring membership fee described below, on a continuing basis until you cancel.

You will receive an order confirmation email summarizing the eye cream purchase, your free trial start date, the date your first paid renewal will occur, the renewal amount, and a direct link to manage or cancel your membership.

3. Pricing and billing

  • Eye cream bundle: $19.99 (one-time, charged at checkout).
  • Insider Club free trial: $0 for the first 30 days.
  • Insider Club recurring fee: $39.95 per month, charged every 30 days starting on day 31, until you cancel.

All amounts are in USD and exclude applicable taxes, which will be added at the time of each charge based on your shipping address. Prices may change with at least 30 days' advance notice sent to the email address on your account; any price change will not take effect until your next renewal after the notice period.

4. Renewals

Your Insider Club membership automatically renews every 30 days at the recurring fee above. We will send you a reminder email at least 3 days before your first paid renewal so you can cancel during the trial if you decide the membership isn't for you. Renewals continue indefinitely until canceled.

5. How to cancel

You can cancel at any time, including during the free trial, in any of the following ways:

  • Self-serve (fastest): Log in to your account at [myneloria.com/account] and click "Manage subscription." Cancellation is a single click, takes effect immediately, and requires no phone call or chat.
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to [support@myneloria.com] from the email address associated with your order. We will process cancellation within one business day and send confirmation.
  • Contact form: Use the form at [myneloria.com/pages/contact].

You will not be charged for any billing cycle that begins after we receive your cancellation. Cancellation must be received before your next renewal date to avoid that month's charge.

6. Refunds

  • Free trial period (days 1–30): Cancel any time during the trial and you will not be charged the recurring fee. The one-time $19.99 eye cream purchase is non-refundable except as required by our [Return Policy].
  • After the trial: Recurring monthly charges are generally non-refundable, since membership benefits become available immediately on renewal. However, if you cancel within 3 days of a renewal charge and have not used any members-only benefit during that billing cycle, you may request a refund for that month by emailing [support@myneloria.com]. We review these requests case-by-case.
  • Failed deliveries or product defects are handled under our standard [Return Policy] and are not affected by this Subscription Policy.

7. Payment failures

If a renewal charge is declined, we will retry the payment method on file up to 3 times over 7 days. If all retries fail, your membership will be paused, and you will lose access to member benefits until the payment method is updated. You can update payment information at [myneloria.com/account].

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. If we make a material change that affects your existing membership, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Your continued membership after that period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
